Do your hats come in different sizes?
We make trucker hats in three sizes, and all are adjustable. The regular trucker features a larger billboard for the art and has a slightly larger diameter. The low-profile has a smaller front billboard and slightly shorter bill. The kids trucker has a smaller diameter for petite heads, and fits ages 2-9 great!
Can I order online and then pick up hat(s) in store?
We have pick-up available in Ashland, Oregon only. If you'd like pick up your hat from us and avoid those darn shipping fees, choose 'Pick Up In-Store' at checkout, and we'll be in touch when your order is ready.
Can I request delivery on a certain day?
We do standard USPS shipping for all our products (excluding custom boards). If you want to request that we wait before shipping a product, you can leave a note with your order at checkout.
Can I send mulitple products to different addresses?
You bet. Once you've clicked on a product, you can add your recipient's name, a special message and the gift sender's name. Simply add the delivery date, add your item to the cart and - voila! - you're ready for checkout.
Can I send to multiple arrangements to different addresses in the same order?
No, you'll need to place separate orders for each delivery address.
Where are the landmarks on the hats?
Most if the art was insired by the Pacific Northwest and our awesome terrain, sports men and women, and stunning landmarks. From iconic peaks like Mt. Hood to serene lakes like Lost Lake, we turn rad outdoor settings into wearable art!
Can Flow Factory do custom orders?
Absolutely! We do wholesale and custom orders. If you have an idea in mind for your event, organization, festival or business (or even just your own head), we can translate it into a Flow Factory design for hats, shirts...just about anything.
Is there a minimum number for custom orders?
We can do 1 - 10,000. For runs under 50, you can place an order though our website and select "Super Custom Hat" from our products. For wholesale orders, send us an email with your idea, quantity you're interested in, and a good joke (we always appreciate good jokes). We'll get back to you with pricing and timeline possibilities.
What can I request for my custom design?
We pretty much try to never say "no". We can do sunsets, animals, landmarks, waves, trees...anything with bright, bold colors that you want to wear on your head!

You can follow us on Facebook and Instagram to see some of the designs we've done for partners in the past. Organizations we've done custom runs for include: USA Men's Rafting Team, Ashland Mountain Adventures, High Sierra Music Festival, Shasta Mountain Guides and many more!
How much are shipping charges?
Within the US, we provide Flat Rate $5 standard shipping for all orders. If you would like your hat sent outside the U.S., additional shipping charges may apply.
Can I request express shipping?
We do not have an option for express shipping at checkout. However, if you need your hat ASAP give us a call at (310) 406-6335 and we'll do our best to get your hat shipped super fast.
Can I cancel my order if it's already been shipped?
Not really, but you can return or exchange your order after you've received it. Call us ASAP if you want to cancel your order before we send it: (310) 406-6335
Can I pre-order a hat that is out of stock?
Yes, we do accept pre-orders. Simply choose the option on the product page.
All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended shipping date.
- Will I receive a recipt for my purchase?
Yep. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to the email address provided at checkout.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Should any customer place an order through FlowFactoryNW.com, and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the shipping of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is shipped, please contact us.
Can I give my credit card number over the phone if I prefer?
All of our online transactions use our secure server, which utilizes a secure socket layer to protect your personal information. If you do not wish to transmit your credit card information over the internet, then please call us at (310) 406-6335.
- Is there a sales tax for online orders?
Nope. We don't have sales tax in Oregon. Lucky you!
- Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards other than Diners, department store cards and any other credit and/or debit cards as we may specify from time to time.
